"The Limonaia" is a large and elegant apartment with a private entrance. On the ground floor the large and luxury living room has been portioned into a fully equipped kitchen, (kettle, microwave, mini fridge, induction plates and a coffee machine with capsules), a dining and a living space. In this apartment you find a sofa bed that can be transformed into two single beds as necessary (80x190). The interior features a great sense of openness and light.
In the room you find a beautiful spiral staircase leading up to a modern loft where a double bed is located.
In addition to the interior spaces, the apartment also has a beautiful private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs and a washing machine.
The wide glass arches of the ancient building are equipped with darkening curtains and allow you to enjoy the lights and colors of the garden; for this particular characteristic, this apartment is not recommended for people who need total darkness to sleep.

An old and impressive sandstone staircase connects the ground floor with the large loft where you can find
the double bedroom and the bathroom.
All the windows are soundproof and equipped with mosquito nets.

"The garden" it is a luxury family Suite with a private access to the garden, it is a two-rooms suite with two spacious bedrooms, (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and a large bathroom.
The twin room also offers a kitchenette (mini-bar, coffee machine with capsules and a kettle), with a table and chairs.
One extra bed (70x180) can be added in the double bedroom.
The apartment is elegantly furnished with antique furniture dating from the end of the 19th century. All the furniture is authentic, as well as the beautiful Venetian floors and the antique wrought iron bed (180x190).
All the windows are soundproof and equipped with mosquito nets.
Maximum occupancy: the apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests (4 adults + 1 children).
